Course Curriculum

1. General Studies Basics (The Academic Pillars)

Our academic structure is built like a monument.The Core Pillars: We provide 15 intensive modules each on essential subjects: Indian Polity, Modern Indian History, Geography, Economy, and Ethics & Environment. The Roof: Weekly “Current Events” sessions connect these static subjects to the dynamic real world. Optional Subjects: We also provide scientific introductory orientation to help you choose the right Optional Subject (like History, Geography, or Polity & International Relations) based on your unique aptitude.

We equip you with the modern, practical tools required to conquer any exam or corporate challenge.
Core Skills: Comprehensive training in Study Skills, Time Management, and specialized Writing Skills for descriptive papers.
Modern Tools: Training on the Effective Use of AI in your studies.
Aptitude & Interview: Dedicated modules for Introduction to CSAT (logical reasoning, analytical ability) and Interview Techniques. 
Visionary Guidance: Regular, weekly interactive sessions with Founder-Director Shri. Avinash Dharmadhikari Sir (Ex-IAS) to keep your motivation and vision aligned.
Learn from the Best: Special guidance sessions conducted by serving ‘Karyakarta Adhikaris’ (Activist Officers), senior defence officers, and subject experts.
Personal Counselling: One-on-one sessions designed to clear academic doubts and resolve personal ambiguities.
We move education beyond textbooks to instill “Officer Like Qualities”.
Experiential Activities: To facilitate learning through direct experience, various interactive activities and games are conducted twice a month. These sessions are specially designed to foster leadership, team building, time management, debates, communication skills, and creative problem-solving, allowing students to learn from their own actions.
Field Visits & Governance: Educational trips to government offices and heritage sites to witness administration in action, along with practical experiences like managing massive crowds and traffic alongside the Pune Police during Ganeshutsav.
OMP (Outdoor Management Program): Hosted at the scenic Panshet, Khadakwasla backwaters, this distinct, field-based residential camp is designed to move beyond theory. Through intensive management games and team-building challenges, the OMP serves as a testing ground for mental resilience, teamwork, time management, coordination, and leadership.
Bahar (The Concluding Study Camp): Marking the grand finale of the Preparatory Course, “Bahar” is a focused 3-day study camp. It is exclusively hosted at our Pune (Warje) campus, which features dedicated residential facilities. During these three days, students from all our batches, including the Mumbai and Online batches, come together to stay, study, and receive personal guidance from our expert mentors.

Annual participation in crowd management program on Ganesh Chaturthi is helping students in understanding prospectus of future work. Students of Chanakya Mandal participate in the management of the procession for 24 hours on Anant Chaturdashi. It aims to develop mental strength in students.
