Read More- At Chanakya Mandal Pariwar we emphasize time and again that we are not a commercial coaching class. We are a social movement aimed at reforming and advancing Indian society, along with patriotic lines through the medium of education.
- It is true that training for UPSC, IAS examination is given at Chanakya. But for us, that is only a means to an end. Our aim is to create “Karyakarta Adhikaris” who will serve the people selflessly once in Service.
- However, we emphasize that joining Government Services is not the only way to serve the nation. Living by the principles taught at Chanakya – being excellent and creative in one’s chosen walk of life – is also a form of national service, whether in the public or private sector, in India or even abroad. What matters is the spirit of service, not the medium.

Bharat Darshan
The annual “Bharat Darshan” study tour organized by the students of Chanakya Mandal Pariwar. As part of this initiative, students undertake educational visits to various states of India to gain firsthand insights into the country’s diversity and governance. This experience not only deepens their understanding of India’s rich heritage and challenges but also instills in them a sense of responsibility towards the country they aspire to serve.
Many participants have gone on to serve in challenging regions with distinction, including Pratik Thube IPS (Assam Cadre), Mahesh Choudhary IAS (Manipur Cadre), Varun Baranwal IAS (Gujarat Cadre), Udita Gaurav IFS, Gauri Marathe IIS, Chinmay Pandit IPS (Maharashtra Cadre), and Anil Nagane (Dy. CEO), among many others.
Field Visits
At Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, field visits are an integral part of experiential learning, where students are exposed to diverse infrastructure projects, social initiatives, and administrative institutions across the country. These include visits to places such as Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram in Palghar, National Defence Academy in Pune, City Institute of Disaster Management & Swatantryaveer Savarkar National Memorial in Mumbai, Hemalkasa, Bhamragarh, and many more. Such experiences provide students with practical insights into governance, social service, nation-building projects, and civic responsibility, shaping them into socially aware and responsible leaders of tomorrow.
Crowd Management during Ganpati Festival
At Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, we believe that education is not limited to classrooms alone. True learning also comes from experiencing social responsibility and public service in real life. In line with this philosophy, our students actively participate every year in crowd management during the Ganesh Festival in Pune & Mumbai — one of the largest and most vibrant celebrations in the country.
This tradition has become an integral part of our activities, where students join hands with the Pune & Mumbai Police and civic authorities to ensure the smooth conduct of the festivities. Even in situations of heavy rain, long hours, or massive gatherings, our students display remarkable dedication, patience, and discipline.
Their role goes beyond simply assisting with movement of people; it involves real-time crowd control, guiding devotees, communicating effectively with the public, and managing sensitive situations with maturity. For many students, this becomes their first hands-on experience of public administration, civic responsibility, and teamwork under pressure.
Many of our students who participated in this activity and later joined public services have shared that these experiences helped them effectively manage large gatherings such as the Kumbh Mela, religious yatras, and other major public events.
Disaster Relief Activities
Chanakya Mandal Pariwar has always stood at the forefront during times of national crises, carrying out disaster management and relief work across different parts of the country. Our students and volunteers actively participate in providing essential aid during natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, tsunami and other pandemics. The relief activities include distribution of food, medicines, clothing, and rehabilitation support, along with on-ground assistance in coordination with local administration and NGOs. These efforts not only bring immediate help to affected communities but also give our students practical exposure to empathy, responsibility, and leadership in times of adversity.
Social & Educational Activities
Chanakya Mandal Pariwar consistently undertakes a wide range of social and educational activities aimed at nurturing responsible citizens and empowering communities. These include organizing awareness drives, personality development programs, value education sessions, career guidance workshops, and competitive exam training for youth. On the social front, the organization is actively involved in initiatives like literacy campaigns, health awareness programs, community service projects, and support for underprivileged sections of society. Through these activities, we strive to blend academic excellence with social responsibility, ensuring holistic development of students while contributing meaningfully to society.
Career Guidance Workshop
Chanakya Mandal Pariwar has been conducting large-scale Career Guidance Seminars open to the public across Maharashtra, with the aim of helping students make informed choices about their future. These seminars, held both in-person at various centers and online, are generally organized after the 10th and 12th board examinations, when students and parents seek proper direction regarding education and career opportunities. Through expert guidance, updated information, and interactive sessions, thousands of students benefit every year from this initiative.
Lectures by Eminent Personalities
The institution has always believed in providing holistic learning beyond classrooms, and to inspire students as well as the larger community, it has organized lectures by eminent personalities from diverse fields. These thought-provoking sessions by distinguished experts have enriched participants with knowledge, values, and inspiration, shaping perspectives on society, governance, culture, and nation-building.
